Hello Nurze: Connecting Medical Families & Nurses

Please help Hello Nurze as the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization works to support medically complex families throughout the US during their search for in-home nursing!

The healthcare industry has changed drastically since COVID. A once abundant nursing workforce is now spread thin across all areas, and none have been hit harder than the home health segment. Agencies responsible for securing nurse coverage for families do not have enough available nurses–the nursing demand of medically complex families exponentially outweighs the nurse supply. This, more often than not, results in 2 scenarios: exhausted families covering all care 24/7 or families finding their own nurses via limited community connections and online pleas for nursing help.

The Hello Nurze nonprofit and FREE site (www.HelloNurze.com) is designed to help empower medically complex families and in-home healthcare providers (Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistants, etc) by creating a single digital destination to serve as a connection point for both. Family and Nurse created profiles provide additional transparency not previously available within the medically complex home health sector–allowing families and nursing to browse profiles and find the perfect fit.
