Good evening friends and family!

It is with a sad heart that I share that after 18 months in remission, Eric's cancer has returned with vengeance. The Esophageal cancer has matastocized in a very rare area of his body. It is very hard to diagnose, give prognosis, and treat! He is currently in Stage 4. The treatment this time will be even more aggressive and extremely difficult. His chemo and radiation start September 2nd. We are asking for your continuous prayers for Eric, the medical staff, and our family. We have made a new GoFundMe because we are not sure at this time how long Eric will be able to continue working. It is also unknown how long I will be able to work as I will be his primary care taker. The Veteran Assistance program has been a huge help, but we still have outstanding medical bills and are unsure exactly what bills they will continue to cover. We still have a mortgage and household bills that will be difficult to pay if we both lose time at work. It is very difficult for us to ask for assistance, but we understand that we can't do this alone.
