This fund is to help our staff during these difficult times we face.
I have owned the White Spot for more than 20 years. For the past 10 years I have been fortunate enough to have a strong loyal team of staff. Samuel and Angel who work Breakfast and Lunch. Daniel who takes on the Dinner and late night service. My three employees not only work here but have other jobs in the restaurant industry. Which has taken a huge hit as many restaurants have cut back or closed completely.
We have unfortunately have had to close our doors due to the Corona Virus. We extremely miss serving the UVA and Charlottesville community. From the people who work on grounds or at the hospital who come in for lunch. And especially to our beloved UVA students who come in late night after those long hours of studying.
We appreciate all the help we can get. All funds would go directly to my three employees which would benefit to help support their families. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. God Bless you.
