Help support Trooper Seaburg & Family

On Friday February 16th, 2024, Trooper Ray Seaburg, a 21 year veteran of the Washington State Patrol, attempted to pull over a vehicle for suspicion of DUI when the vehicle fled. Ray terminated the pursuit and moments later he observed the vehicle involved in a collision and the driver fleeing on foot. Ray pursued the driver on foot… and what happened next was a living nightmare. Ray caught the driver of the vehicle and during a physical altercation, the suspect shot Ray repeatedly. Ray suffered a severed femoral artery among countless other injuries. By the grace of God, a Kent Police Officer and a WSP Trooper arrived quickly and applied life saving torniquets to both of Ray’s legs. He was rushed to Harborview where he underwent emergency surgery for 9 bullet hole wounds in his legs and a bullet wound in his hand.
Ray is the sole provider for his beautiful family, wife Devon, daughter Payton and twins Autumn & Logan. In addition to Ray’s normal WSP salary he works countless overtime shifts to help supplement their family’s income which he will no longer be able to do as he recovers.
We have started this Go Fund Me to help support Ray and his family during his long road to recovery so they can focus on healing without the worry of having enough to pay the bills.
Let’s show them that they are not alone on this journey - we are here to help fill in the gap while you make a FULL recovery Ray! We LOVE you Seaburg Family!!!
