Help support & welcome the Faizi Family to Cork

Hello, my name is Mary and I'm a friend of Nooria, who's family (her husband and three young children) have just arrived in Ireland as part of the Irish Refugee Protection Programme. The family were forced to flee their home in Afghanistan as they were targeted by the Taliban and issued with death threats.

Nooria's life, and the lives of her family were in danger because she is an educated woman & midwife, who has worked with international organisations to fight for women's rights & improve the lives of Afghan women.

As the family had to leave everything behind, I'm hoping to raise some funds to help Nooria, Arif, Abas, Arafat and Emram to settle and to provide them with the basics such as warm clothes, shoes & food.
