Help Support Will As He Retires From St. Elmo's

Tax deductible

After 23 years of devoted and loving service to St. Elmo's Coffee Pub, one of Del Ray's most beloved and cherished friends, is retiring. Willis (Will) Nichols has dedicated decades of his life to St. Elmo's and to make Del Ray a caring and loving community. He is leaving St. Elmo's to focus on his health.

Will was hired by Nora Partlow in 1998, and was her right hand and general manager and -- most importantly -- her good friend. "I love him and so do many hundreds of customers that have passed through our doors over the years," said Nora. When Christine and Larry Ponzi purchased St. Elmo's in 2015, Will continued with St. Elmo's, and immediately became part of their family. "Will's warm smile and genuine interest in you and/or your family is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. When you think of the "Heart of Del Ray", you think of Will," said Christine and Larry.

With the decision to move on because of his health, we, in the Del Ray community, would like to show Will how much he means to us and what a difference he has made in so many lives. The Del Ray Business Association has set up this GoFundMe to thank Will and to help with any challenges he may face in the future.

PLEASE NOTE:  All funds will be given directly to Will for medical and other expenses. The Potomac West Business Foundation Inc. is the foundation run by the Del Ray Business Association.
