Help Support Young Motherless Girls

The Weatherspoon family is devastated to announce the passing of our beloved Dannisha Weatherspoon on Friday, January 21st, 2022. “Dee” was a fiercely devoted mother, sister, daughter and friend, and she is survived by her beautiful daughters Deonna and Savannah, (brothers) Landon, Kelvin, (sisters) Elise, Angelica, Sondra, and her parents Kelvin and Debra Weatherspoon. Numerous friends and colleagues will also miss Dannisha.

 

Dannisha grew to love reading; she had a unique sense of humor and a passion for cooking. In the kitchen, she developed a work ethic that speaks volumes about who she was as a person. Unfortunately, life took a sudden and unexpected change on her way to work that ended in tragedy and left our hearts broken. We as a family are scrambling to pick up the pieces of a shattered dream in an attempt to raise her girls and give them the best life they could have in light of all that has happened.

 

Dannisha’s passing was unexpected and untimely, and her daughters desperately need our help and support. We hope to give them an abundant and joy-filled life despite the road ahead. Please consider a donation of any amount to help us care for Savannah and Deonna. Your compassion and understanding is deeply appreciated, and when you show kindness to others that are hurting, it will always return to you in your time of need.

The money donated will go to help set up College Funds for each of her children, Current schooling expenses, Home transitions expenses etc.
