Help Susan Flores Fight Leukemia (AML)

Dear Friends:

Susan Flores is a 53 year old fighter, a mother, a wife and a friend. She is compassionate, nurturing, and religious. She helped others when they were in need but she is now fighting for her own life. Now, Susan needs OUR help!
She was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer 18 years ago. She fought hard and conquered that cancer’s betrayal; however, she is again determined to battle another type of cancer which wants to take her life.
Susan was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) recently in the last week and has been undergoing Leukemia treatments. She will need round-the-clock care while fighting for this disease. She is in need of Type “O” blood until her immune system is strong enough for the next phase of recovery, which may take up to 5-6 months.
Susan Flores is admitted at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines.
I have started this fund to help offset the financial burdens of being treated for this aggressive form of Leukemia. Her family needs your support. I cannot express how important this is. With these funds, she will be able to financially give to her family and friends, who are sacrificing their livelihoods to help and care for all her basic needs. The contributions you give will help pay the medical expenses while in the hospital.
Witnessing her journey throughout these years has been nothing but miraculous. She had defeated cancer once before and was on her way to significant life changing accomplishments. Since battling this horrific and challenging disease, she has had to step back and humble herself by asking for any help. She is getting physically weaker and currently undergoes blood and platelet transfusions weekly.
Susan’s driving force through this ordeal is her 3 children, husband, and sisters and are the backbone of organizing all the efforts towards her recovery. Her family will need OUR support through this time while continuing to taking care of normal life’s expenses. Together we can help so she will have a better chance of fighting this dreadful disease without the additional worries of daily life, but to focus on the hard and winding road before her.....
