Help Susan Stanley’s cancer treatment

Susan was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in June after a Hematologist did the bone marrow biopsy.   

Her doctor urged her to start chemo treatment within the next 2 weeks. Susan was scared so pushed it back a few weeks and continued to grow worse at home.   Susan has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now.   She has gone through her first round of chemo and is now dealing with all the side effects and what organs it's effecting.  

Lots of blood transfusions and platelets but the Red Cross has been experiencing a shortage.    So, more people need to give if they are able.  

Susan needs O positive blood, this is one way you could help her. Please pass it on, ask your friends in the Los Angeles area if they are O positive and if they could donate. 

It’s definitely been a rough journey for Susan. Her    Doctor said to plan not working through the end of year since he will have her back in the hospital for  long stays to complete the rest of chemo treatments and getting her body more stabilized.
