Help Susan with medical bills and needs

Hi friends and family. I am currently in the hospital and have been here since Saturday. I have had Covid twice now and am dealing with medical repercussions such as health issues, medical bills, loss of wages, and possible homelessness. I had two surgeries removing blood clots and cysts as a result of Covid and multiple days out from work. My 80 hours of Covid pay after the first bout in May pf

2020 left me with less than 50% of

my pay and no more sick days for the coming school year. I had my first surgery 08/01/2020 to remove blood clots from my abdomen as well as a large ovarian cyst. I missed a couple of weeks related to this and required a subsequent surgery 10/09/2020. This surgery kept me out for

10 weeks of recovery. Under the Family Leave Act, I received less than half of my pay again.

I contracted Covid again 09/26/21 and then had double pneumonia after having it. I missed 6 week of work in which i received no pay.

On 12/19/21, I became very sick again from Covid complications. I am still in the hospital getting tests and treatments. My doctor doesn’t expect me to be out for Christmas. I have 17 year old son who lives with me and am not sure how I will afford rent, utilities, car payment, or food, let alone any kind of Christmas for he or my other sons. As a school teacher and single mom, my finances have become overbearing and very depressing!

I am behind on all of my bills and praying that if anyone has the means and the heart to help, you will help me now. I hate to do this type of thing because I kept telling myself if I trust God, everything will work out. I’ve worked hard my whole life and have depended on the kindness and generosity of a few great friends over the past year just to stay afloat. Most of my friends have their own financial struggles and cannot afford to help me at this time.
