Blackout Improv is an all Black improv group that has been operating out of the Twin Cities for over 9 years. We use the art of comedy, not only to connect with each other as artist, but also to help everyone find and celebrate Black joy and help support each other through times of sorrow. Blackout has been very busy the past few months and has a lot more art planned ahead of us as well. We try to keep our art as open and accessible and we would appreciate any help you have to lend. We try to give as much as we can to our artists but there are some expenses we need to cover as well to make our shows happen. If you are kind enough to contribute to our team your funds will go to cover expenses like marketing, insurance, printing, equipment rentals and more.
