Help Sweatpants be comfy in her last days

Hi everyone,

This is Jazz and Niall, today we're asking for your help. As you know, over the past few months we've had to take Sweatpants to numerous vet visits due to bladder issues. Originally, we were advised that she likely had a polyp (non cancerous growth) at the front of her bladder. Things have unfortunately progressed very quickly, including the size of the mass in her bladder. We've now been told that she has cancer, with a few months left to live (best case is one year, but that's with multiple interventions like medication, chemo and surgery). So far, with Niall being the only one working while I'm in school full-time (and let's be real, the job market is horrendous & even worse in MTL), the vet bills have been stacking and putting us so far back. We've had a bit of help from family, as we've really exhausted any form of money being put towards her vet bills (on top of Lucifer having a UTI during this time too lol). As we wait in at the vet whilst I write this, Sweatpants is getting blood taken to see if everything is good to start chemotherapy via pill once a month. She's experiencing neurological issues which they're expecting to progress.

We're happy to post our vet bills to ensure transparency through asking for you all to donate towards Sweatpants last few months while we try and keep her comfortable. With her being 13 and otherwise in great health, we've been told that her getting this type of cancer isn't common for her age, usually 15+. You can imagine that we are heartbroken, especially Jazz who has only had about 5 years with Sweatpants.
