Help Sweet Colony Cat Get Vet Care

I am trying to help a local colony cat feel better. He needs a vet visit so we can determine the extent of care he needs. He is the sweetest boy and was dumped here some time ago. He comes down to my house every night for neck scritches and a little warm food. Any help is greatly appreciated.
