Sweet Finish Catering and School Expenses

Hi! Thank you for supporting Sweet Finish. Sweet Finish is a coffee Pop Up and Catering experience that embodies almost a decade of specialty coffee experience. Because of you all, I was able to procure a collapsable cart, a Brentwood grinder, and put on pop-up events. Now that COVID-19 is more contained, the pop-up will be more active. I am excited to share more delicious coffees and syrups with you all!

One of the ways that I am finetuning the Sweet Finish Experience is by expanding my skillset through higher education. I was accepted as a student at Shaw University. I am a Business and African American History Major. I'm excited to introduce Sweet Finish to my new Shaw community.

The mission of expansion has many steps. In addition to finishing my degree, I have expanded the services of Sweet Finish. COVID-19 has taught us all the importance of the pivot. I am building a space for online engagement to complement my catering offerings. This space will include menu consulting, flavor development, coffee education, and other digital media experiences. I have started classes and am working with industry peers to help develop that space as well.

My core goal is to curate an excellent coffee experience that you can depend on. I am sourcing our marketing materials, teas, coffees, and pastries from like-minded individuals. Everything will be sourced in consideration of equitable values, diverse communities, and our planet.

Sweet Finish operates on a flat rate cost. There is no upcharge for plant-based milk.

Cleanliness is deliciousness, and safety is the top priority. Everyone working makes the same rate per hour. The coffee is delicious, Period. We will be working with roasters and anyone who is crafting deliciously and ethically.
