Meet Sydney, a resilient and lovable pup who was rescued from Thailand by the Soi Dog Foundation. Sydney's journey has been one of resilience and survival. He endured a traumatic accident after being hit by a car and was rescued from the meat market, where his fate was uncertain. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Soi Dog Foundation, Sydney found his way to Almost Home Animal Rescue here on Long Island, where he is now waiting for his forever home.

Despite the challenges he has faced, Sydney's spirit remains unbroken. His love for life and his gentle nature have won the hearts of everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting him. Now, we have the opportunity to give Sydney the gift of mobility and freedom that he deserves.

We are launching a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for a prosthetic leg for Sydney. With your help, we can raise $2,000 to provide Sydney with a prosthetic leg that will enable him to walk, run, and play like any other dog.
