It's Alex, and I'm reaching out to see if you can help Sylvia during some tough times. I can't really get into what she is going through, but trust me, it's going to be very difficult for her and she needs our help. Having worked closely with her, I came to the realization that Sylvia's heart is made of pure gold. She wanted to help us get ready for a big move and did an amazing job. She even went above and beyond on a regular basis. She really cared.
