Help take care of Blake

The guy who is always willing to help anyone out and never complain (be it on the lake, in the woods, or around the house) needs some help.  I know we are all praying for a full and quick recovery but I think he could use a little financial help so he doesn't have to worry about how he is going to pay the bills and can focus on recuperating. 

In times past when situations called for a little fundraising for a friend, I would pass a sack around and if anyone wanted to contribute they could just throw some money in it for that person.  Consider this the sack.  If you would like to help Blake out.  Here is your opportunity.
