Help take Nuno Gomes back home with his family where he belongs.

Nuno is a much loved dad, uncle, son, brother, nephew and friends. He sadly passed away on Saturday 9th December, this was an unexpected death, far away from his family and friends, they were not able to say their final goodbyes to him while he was still alive. He was only 40 years old and has left behind his 2 daughters aged 12 and 13 years old, who love his dearly. He had moved to Germany 5 years ago and now we want to take him back to his home in Madeira, Portugal for his final rest, closed to his family, this is his daughter’s wishes, they want to make sure his home were he belongs.

He will be sorely missed and this just doesn’t seem real.

I never thought would have to open a gofundme for my dear friend, but in the circumstances, we are just looking for help and support to give his family the help to get him home and give him the send off he deserves. Unfortunately as he is so far from his family it’s quite difficult to be able to raise the founds to take him back to Madeira and for his girls to be able to say their final goodbye to their dad, as they have only been able to see him via FaceTime.
