Help get the Red Dirt Robotics Troopy on the Road!

My name is Jameson Harvey, and I am the founder of Royal Robotics, an educational service provider for all things robotics here on the Sunshine Coast. I am currently organising an Australian tour, under the name of Red Dirt Robotics, where I will take robotics to Outback Queensland, the Aboriginal communities of the Northern Territory, and just about everywhere in between the East and West Coasts! This project will not only provide students with an education of robotics in regions when STEM isn’t always available but it will plant a seed of inspiration and show that a career in STEM and robotics is achievable, even in the furthest reaches of this great land.

 

Recently, my trusty old Troopy was broken into and stolen while parked in Darwin. A fun joyride for a group of kids has turned into a costly nightmare for me and the future of Red Dirt Robotics. From broken windows, to panel damage, my car is not the same as it was when I left it. Thankfully, no robots or laptops were touched, but about $2000 of my own personal items were stolen, some of which can't be replaced.
