Help Talitha Recover After Eaton Fire

Hi all. I am Talitha Wall and I lost my home in the Altadena neighborhood of the Los Angeles area in the Eaton fire on the evening of January 7th/ early hours of January 8th.

I am still not in a place where I can string together many words. I am still in utter shock from this devastating loss.

At the encouragement of my friends, I have set up this GoFundMe. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for any help that you can provide.

Below is a description of my situation written by my friends:

Our dear friend Talitha Wall, also known as Talia to some, recently lost her Altadena home and all her material possessions in the devastating Eaton fire. Talitha is a kind, bright and compassionate soul, and has dedicated her life to helping and healing others.  Now, she needs our help.

 

Talitha had only recently moved into her home after a previous traumatic event, escaping a dangerous situation, and she was restarting her life before suddenly losing everything.

 

When neighbors knocked on her door, Talitha had less than 30 minutes to evacuate. She spent most of that time turning on sprinklers and hoses, doing all she could to try to save the home. In addition to her possessions, Talitha lost all the inventory and equipment for the new small business that she was establishing. Talitha left with little more than the clothes on her back, few articles of clothing and barley any toiletries.

 

Talitha is a strong person, a warrior, but no one should have to go through something like this alone.  We know there are so many Angelenos who need our help right now.
