Help Tamera's Family Create Lasting Memories

Hi everyone, my name is Tamera Simmons and I'm a 32-year-old wife and mother of 2. Unfortunately, two months ago, I was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer and I don’t have much time left to spend with my family. The doctors told me I will be blessed if I am able to see the next 6 months.

I promised my oldest son, who is 12 years old, that I would try my best to take our family on a vacation to Florida to Disney and to the beach. I have already taken money out of my savings and checking accounts to transfer to my husband's account to provide for our children after I take my rest. It's very difficult and hard for me to process the fact that I will be leaving my family behind, but it’s my only wish that I can give my children this one last chance together as a family happy instead of preparing our goodbyes.
