Help Tammy with Medical, funeral, monthly bills

Hi my name is Tammy Zurek. I am in need of help financially to get me through the next few months as I fight cancer and unable to work. After losing my husband Kerry to suicide in June and then finding out that I myself have several health issues; the main one being uterine cancer, I have incurred many expenses besides the normal monthly expenses and it has drained my bank account. I will be having a total hysterectomy on September 18th as well as any further treatments such as radiation &/or Chemo if needed after. I will not be able to work for at least 6-8 weeks and maybe longer depending on if chemo is needed. I had not been able to work since February when my husband had become so weak and frail physically that I needed to leave my job to care for him. My husband had been unemployed since June of 2019 so we had no life ins or health ins any longer. Then when Covid happened he was still not able to find a job and then in 2021 summertime is when he started developing his medical issues. I also had health issues going on such as bleeding, anemia/low hemoglobin, shortness of breath where I had to sit down and rest if I did anything physical. After my husband passed, I too tried to take my life, but luckily did not succeed. After 3 days I was found by a neighbor and was taken to the local hospital where I was given 2 pints of blood and then taken to a hospital in Eau Claire for more thorough medical and mental treatment. I was given more blood and fluids as well as several tests and scans, MRI's, and a procedure to locate where my anemia was stemming from. I was hospitalized for 13 days as they tried to get my hemoglobin and other vitals up as well as find out the source of my bleeding/anemia. During the scans, MRI's, procedures they found I had a couple tumors in my uterus and 2 fibroids and after a biopsy it was determined the tumors were stage 1 uterine cancer. I was referred to UW Health Carbone Cancer Center in Madison to take care of my uterine cancer surgery and treatments as my OB-GYN that was treating me here in Eau Claire felt it would be best done there as it may not be able to be just one surgery if she did it. I have had to travel and stay overnight in hotels when I have had appts in Madison and will have to do a few more times in the near future as well as after my surgery. These added expenses along with the copays and normal monthly expenses have drained my bank account. Kerry's mom has been very helpful to me both financially and emotionally, however I do not want to rely on just her for financial support until I can get back to work. Therefore I am asking for your support for whatever you can give to help me get through this difficult time until I can go back to work and am able to support myself again.
