Help teammate, Denise Alvear, for her dad's funeral expenses

Our dear teammate, Denise Alvear, recently experienced a tragic loss with the passing of her father, Michael 'Mike' Stier, on August 1st, 2024. Mike was a hero to his family and friends, known to many by different names—'Red,' 'Dad,' or 'Papa'—but always recognized for his willingness to lend a hand and solve any problem. Denise shared that while her dad wasn't perfect, he was the perfect father for her, teaching her essential life skills like standing up for oneself and protecting others. Mike had a powerful presence, a strong spirit, and an undeniable wit that kept family gatherings lively. He could fix or build anything and raised Denise to be both a princess and a warrior, ready to navigate any situation in life. His fierce love for his family, especially his wife of nearly 52 years, was evident to all. Mike welcomed everyone into his home, turning friends into family and always ensuring there was room at the table. Even in his final moments, Mike fought hard, surrounded by loved ones who never left his side. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy will live on through Denise, her children, and everyone whose life he touched.
