Help Chris afford to pay for a vital operation for his Bulldog puppy, Teddy

Having lost his previous Bulldog, Bodhi last summer, Chris has really missed having a best friend by his side.

For those of you who go to Soul, you’ll know Chris. He’s the big hearted guy who keeps the building operation running smoothly, and is always happy to help. He has dedicated his life to the Soul community but hasn’t been quite the same since he lost Bodhi - so it was time to get Chris another Bull Dog best pal, and his name is Teddy. Teddy and Chris are already inseparable - Teddy follows his daddy everywhere.

Teddy had some visible redness in his eyes when Chris rehomed him but we didn’t know what it was, and Chris had already fallen in love with him anyway. Chris has taken him to the vets who say he has prolapsed eyelids on both eyes and needs surgery. This has come as a real blow to Chris as he needs to find £2500 to pay for the delicate operations on his eyes. Chris is willing to find the funds but it will get him into debt. If Teddy isn’t treated it could lead to infection and chronic conditions such as Glaucoma, which could lead to blindness.

We are reaching out to our community and wider to ask for help to pay for this very important operation. Teddy is only a pup and has a very happy life ahead of him with his devoted daddy, Chris.
