Help Teiyah Hicks Heal and Thrive

UPDATE --- Teiyah has been accepted into TIRR and was transfered there yesterday. This is a rehabilitation facility that is equipped with the tools to help Teiyah learn to walk again, talk, and progress. Teiyah has a very long road ahead of her and it will be many, many months and most likely years of recovery. We are so thankful to everyone that has donated to help remove the burden of the medical bills that are rolling in.. . But infortunately they are going to keep coming. Teiyah is progressing very well but there are many more procedures ahead for her. There will be a lot more orthopedic surgeries and plastic surgeries in the near future. Teiyah is aware at times and has made great strides in showing that she is with us and she is a fighter for sure! Thank you all!!!

My beautiful neice, Teiyah Hicks was in a horrific car accident on 8-11 and was reported deceased in news reports, but a miracle happened and Teiyah is fighting for her life and still with us. She has undergone several surgeries to prevent brain swelling complications and has endured several broken bones and internal injuries. We are praying for strong neurological responses and it is going on two weeks since this has happened. Teiyah is a TSU student and a bright, beautiful, intelligent 21 year old young lady. She has always shown kindness and has a love for all. My sister and brother in law have been by her side night and day, but that doesn't prevent bills from happening and the upcoming medical bills they are facing. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
