Help Tentless Mother And Children Survive in Gaza

I am organizing this fundraiser for Farha Khalil Mohammed Abu Shabab and her six children. Farha is a friend of mine who lives in Gaza, Palestine. Prior to October 7th, Farha and her children were living in impoverished and difficult conditions. Farha's home was destroyed and her husband was killed. With the onslaught of cruelty upon Gaza came the death of Farha's beloved daughter. Farha and her children are resiliently facing each day, even without basic shelter or safety. In Farha's words:

"Please, my sister. I need you very much. We are living the worst kind of difficult suffering. We have been displaced by Israeli bombing more than 5 times, and now we are homeless in the streets under the rain and the cold. Our children are very tired and sick. There is no food or heavy clothes to protect us from the cold and everything. Here, its price is very expensive. We cannot buy anything because we do not have money. I want you, my friend, to set up a new gofundme to solve our situation so that I can share it with everyone so that they can help us."

"We thank you for your understanding of our situation and your support. We will never forget that you are a very kind-hearted and beautiful friend. I am very sorry to have caused you trouble, but circumstances forced me to ask you because you are my only friend and lover abroad who can help me in such circumstances. We need a lot of help here. Money: We need about $25,000 to be able to live with our current situation. We want a tent to shelter us, at least to protect us from the rain and the cold. My friend, by God, our situation is very, very bad beyond what you can imagine. By God, we are very tired. We don't have any of the necessities of life. Our homes were destroyed and I lost my daughter, may God have mercy on her and make her dwell in His spacious paradise."

As Farha stated, money raised will go toward securing a tent, food, heavy clothes, and other necessities of life. If you experience safety, security, freedom, and wealth please consider leveraging it in generosity (especially during this month of Ramadan!) for the sake of empowering and dignifying Farha and her children, and easing their conditions. It would be a great act of good and a profound exercise of the heart.
