Help Teresa Boatwright Tucker Heal and Rebuild Her Life

Teresa was admitted to the hospital this past Sunday, July 28th, after she suffered a stroke while she was driving. Fortunately, she drove into the median and was unharmed. She is making slow progress and will be moved this week into intensive rehab at downtown Baylor.

She is able to speak and she is trying to walk with assistance (her right side is weak), but they cannot tell us her long term prognosis except that she will be in recovery for 3-6 months and it could be longer than that before, if ever, when she can work again so anything you are able to give would be greatly appreciated. Teresa has shown us endless kindness and support her whole life. She would move mountains for us, so we want to move one for her.

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. Alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden.
