Help Terra Firma Dining get back on the road

Hi Everyone,

My name is Charly, I’m the owner of Terra Firma Dining , we are a company offering open fire catering for weddings, events and private functions. We are travelling around Australia, promoting outdoor cooking for all the passionate around The country !

Yesterday has been terrifying, I was on the road with the team, driving back from a Catering function for a beautiful wedding, when a convoy of 2 cars towing big caravans were driving right in the middle of the road, I tried to avoid them as I was coming out of a curve and loose control with my trailer out the back. Our car rolled over twice with myself , 2 passengers and the trailer with all our catering equipment . The 2 caravans didn’t stop and kept driving fleeing the crash scene and leaving us upside down on the side of the road . Miraculously the 3 of us came out with no major injuries, few bruises, cuts and 15 stitches for one of the chef on board .

The car, the trailer and all our catering equipment were crushed into pieces disabling us to keep working and getting back on the road for our future events and cooking recipes around Australia !

I’m not a person who ask for help usually, but I don’t have anymore ressources to get back on track to keep doing what we love : Cooking for people and sharing our passion with lots of you….

So today, I feel sorry to ask for help to be able to buy a safe car and trailer and replace all the damaged equipment to keep the dream alive and continue to share this passion of cooking over Fire and adventuring with you all !

We are due to hit the road again in 2 weeks for interstates events . Please help us and we will share your love and support on social media .

We will create content to inspire you, and we will document it all to show you the good you’ve done .

We feel lucky to be alive today and we are embracing every minute of it !! But our passion need your support !
