My mom needs our help...

In March 2022 my beautiful, fun loving Mom was diagnosed with myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer. Shortly after receiving the first diagnosis she was given a second diagnosis of her primary disease, myelodysplastic syndrome “MDS” (pre leukemia). Since receiving the second diagnosis the MDS has progressed into leukemia. The diseases she’s been diagnosed with have caused many emotions and a tremendous amount of stress for her and our family. Each diagnosis was devastating to receive and it has been heartbreaking to watch someone we love so much suffer so badly.

The only cure for this disease is a stem cell transplant and as you can imagine the treatment she needs comes at a very high cost. No one should ever have to go through something like this and then have to worry about how they will pay for the one thing that could help them live. My Mom is such an important person to so many people and has helped others out so many times during their times of need, now it’s our turn to help her! She has the biggest heart, and brings love and light to all those that know her and I’m hoping we can help light the way for her during this dark and difficult time.

I created this page in hopes of helping my Mom fight to get her transplant. Your donation not only provides support towards her treatment but it also provides tremendous mental and emotional support. The leukemia has weakened her physically, mentally and emotionally and has taken so much away from her, but I believe we can help build her strentgh up mentally and emotionally by coming together and giving back. We want her to have access to any and all of the resources she may need. With so many things that she’s had to endure, your donation will help alleviate one of the many stressors she’s had to take on.
