Help Terry beat Lymphoma
Donation protected
Anyone who knows Terry Kirkpatrick knows he has a strong faith, an indomitable spirit, and a huge heart. He's also a prankster....lovingly nicknamed "Grandpa Sparky" by his grandchildren. He and his wife, Karen, live in Kountze, Texas and are raising their 5-year-old great-granddaughter, Gemma.
In March 2018, Terry started experiencing severe pain that took him into the emergency room. Within days, he was diagnosed with Stage IV Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. As his treatment began, Terry experienced complications that put him in the hospital for the better part of a month. The taxing affects of chemotherapy, topped with battling through acute renal failure, DVT, pulmonary embolism, sepsis and Bell's Palsy have left Terry unable to work while he completes treatment.
There is an urgent need to support this family with their living expenses as Terry completes his treatment and can return to work. Our hope is that six months of support will see them through until this happens.
We have already received so much support from friends and family assisting Karen when going back and forth to the hospital, building a wheelchair ramp for the house, and care for Gemma while Terry has been hospitalized. Continued support by way of donations of any amount will be greatly appreciated.
