Help Terry get Insulin
Donation protected
Hi my name is Tori, and I am trying to raise money for my uncle, Terry Hill.
I’ve thought a lot about how to start this, but really it’s as simple as he needs help.
Terry has been failed by an apathetic, broken system that our society has become.
Terry is a very bad diabetic and cannot afford his insulin. The insulin that he needs is $600 a month. He is currently living in his car. He has not had his insulin in three months. In the past week, he has been in the hospital twice with his sugar ranging from 500-700. He is going long periods of times without eating, which is bad in normal circumstances, but deadly for a diabetic.
Currently, he is unable to work due to the severity of his illness. Without his medication, his illness has deteriorated his body to the point that his feet are swollen and turned black.
Even if you cannot donate monetarily, information on programs that can help him both with his medical and housing needs would be a great help.
