Help Terryn Perkins Keep Fighting Stage 4 Cancer

Update: I had to leave my place of employment due to health conditions worsening. It has been a scary step, but the right step towards taking care of my health.

Hello, I'm Terryn Perkins, 28, and in August 2021, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon cancer that had spread to my lungs, liver, and nearest lymph nodes. I've undergone around 50 sessions so far of chemotherapy. It has proven to be the hardest thing I've done in my life. After 2 years of battling, doctors are suggesting I'll have to continue chemotherapy till the day I die. Eventually the cancer will outsmart the chemotherapy and it'll be back to square 1 or just accepting cancer's victory. My current oncologist doesn't believe I have much time left and I've begun pushing for 2nd opinions and such.

Even so, chemo has made me incredibly sick and we've been slowly falling more and more behind financially as ER, Medical, and CC bills just stack up with every treatment. I've missed a considerable amount of work and sold off a lot of personal belongings over the past year to keep me and my fiancé afloat, but it's finally not enough and we are behind so badly I don't see a light. We are drowning in stress and no comfort for me to try to rest and heal in.

We need desperate help trying to get a foothold on our bills again. I'm becoming sicker with each session and it's getting to a point where I can only work 1-2 days a week before getting physically sick. We are at a loss while I work on filing social security disability and hopefully get accepted from the process, but right now we have to twiddle our thumbs and wait for their approval.

Any and everything helps so much right now. We need to keep a roof over our head and the lights on at the very least which cancer is trying to take from me too.
