Support Erin & the Children After Tez's Passing
Donation protected
Dear friends and supporters,
This is Natasha & Rick, the owners of Frida's, Diego's and Station No. 3. We are here to ask for your help and support for our Kitchen Manager and Meat Maker, Tez. Tez has been an essential part of our team for over 9 years, and last month he was diagnosed with head and neck cancer at the young age of 37.
This Friday, Tez will undergo surgery that will hopefully remove most of the cancer. However, he will lose his right eye, and his jaw bone will need to be reconstructed using his fibula bone. After the surgery, he will need at least a month to recover before he can begin radiation therapy.
Tez has been a dedicated and hardworking member of our team, and we know that many of you have had the pleasure of enjoying the delicious house-made meats that he has prepared: Station No. 3's brisket and burnt ends, Frida’s filet mignon and Diego’s steak. We want to do everything we can to support him during this difficult time.
Tez has three children and his partner, Erin, will need to take off work to take care of him and the children during his recovery. We are asking for your help to raise funds to support Tez and his family during this challenging time.
Your donation will help Tez with transportation to and from his medical appointments, provide Kate Farm plant-based nutrition through his feeding tube, cover his insurance deductibles, as well as provide financial support to his family during his long recovery when they will be out of work for a considerable time. Your contributions will make a tremendous difference in helping them navigate this challenging journey. We are grateful for any support you can provide, no matter how small.
Thank you for your support, and please keep Tez and his family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this challenging time.
Sincerely,
Natasha Kwan & Rick Roloff
