After a long hard-fought battle, it’s with heavy hearts Spencer has passed away. At the beginning of June, our friend Spencer Caldwell, learned that he had Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Losing Spencer in a matter of a month was not something we were expecting. Coming as a huge shock, leaving behind a huge hole in many people’s lives. He leaves behind a wife, Heather and 3 amazing kids; Taylor (24), Caitlyn (20), and his son Cameron (14).
Spencer was an amazing dad to his family and loved throughout the car community, where he made peoples dream cars come to fruition, while providing for his family. Spencer was able to live out one of his dreams of owning his own Restoration business, a business that just celebrated its 2 years only 6 days after Spencer’s passing. Spencer was a mentor, a leader and genuine guy who would give the shirt off his back for you if you needed it. Spencer’s love for cars and people will forever be felt throughout his community and the next.
We lost a father, friend, husband, brother, and son. He will be missed by SO many.
Everyone who knows Spencer, knows that he is a remarkable guy. He is a loving husband. An amazing father. A caring son and brother. Spencer’s fight wasn’t an easy one, leading him to long weeks in the hospital and eventually to the ICU. We are seeking funds to help the Caldwell family for any out of pocket expenses. As you all know, Spencer and Heather are self-employed, so being unable to work has put extra strain on their life.
The money donated here is intended to support the many foreseeable and unforeseeable matters that will arise in the lives of Heather, Cam, Cait and Tay. This represents the best efforts of Spencer’s vast community to do what we can to support those he loved most dearly.
And you also know this a request this is not something Spencer and Heather would agree to without considerable reservation. Nonetheless, they cherish the outpouring of love and support that has already come their way and recognize that many of you—their good friends—want to help further.
Please contribute whatever you can, as this is a way you can truly help the lives of his family in a meaningful way.
"Goodbyes hurt the most when the story is unfinished"
-Thank you for your support of Spencer’s family
and as Spencer would say “Rock n’ Roll!”
