Help the Abilez-McCune family with funeral expense

On November 18th, 2021 Geneva Abilez’s, 5 year fight against cancer took a turn for the worse. Her cancer had metastasized and she has started to transition from the every day fight to being put in hospice care. With hours, possible days to live she is still fighting holding on as the strong woman she is awaiting for her to say good bye surrounded by family. This is very hard to write and say out loud. She will be survived by her four children Andre J. McCune, Lawanda Turner, David R. Abilez, Anthony S. Abilez, husband Robert S. Abilez, sisters Clara Cox, Gloria Harmon, Maryanne Murcer, brother Lorenzo McCune,  7 grandkids and one great grandchild. Our mom will be missed and remembered as the kind, sweet loving mother/woman she has always been. All the proceeds collected will go towards funeral costs for the family. Our mom befriended everyone she came in contact then treated them as they were best friends. She touched many peoples hearts in the community. She will be truly missed and will be in heaven with family members watching over us.
