Help the Baird Family with their Covid expenses

We have discovered that there is no longer any assistance with COVID expenses for uninsured hospitalization.  The hospital bills for Kent's 41+ day stay now rest on his shoulders.  He is improving and will hopefully be released from the hospital very soon.  They will need to stay in Florida for a short time as he gains strength to travel home, with home health physical therapy.  His recovery will be long!  He is anxious to get back to work, knowing the bills are on their way.  Hopefully we can keep him from overdoing it:)   
We’re hoping to ease some of the immense financial burden placed on this family so they can recover without this additional stress. We would appreciate any help you can give to help them get back home and not have too many bills that will be difficult to pay.


While Kent and Susan Baird were out of state with their four children, they became sick and all six of them tested positive for Covid. Kent is now hospitalized (without insurance) with Covid Pneumonia and the family is quarantined in an unfamiliar place to recover, 2000 miles from home. Kent is now unable to fly home due to elevation and lung weakness. While recovering, hospital and accommodation bills for the family have racked up and ground transportation back home is more than expected.  Susan is recovering well, but continues to battle some of the side effects. The kids have been amazing at caring for their parents while they recovered as well!
