Help the Bells give Laverne a dignified burial.

My name is Jennifer Capotorto and I’m raising funds to help my husband, Nuri Bell make arrangements to bury his mother LaVerne Bell. LaVerne left us suddenly this afternoon at St. Catherine’s hospital. We need to raise these funds to give her the proper send off. LaVerne was a kind and spirited woman who once led the Macy’s parade. She was fiercely independent and a devoted single mother raising a daughter, Cookie and her son, Nuri in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Nuri will always cherish the time he spent with her, caring for her in her last years with us.
