Help the Bingham's bounce back from the flames
Donation protected
In the very early hours on March 4th, my aunt and cousins awoke to a vicious fire roaring and ripping through their family home in West Kelowna.
Thankfully, they all made it out safely. However, the same could not be said about 2 of the family pets who tragically perished in the fire.
Because the fire grew so big so quickly, they escaped only with the clothes on their backs.
Unfortunately, the family had just paid rent days before and had no insurance at the time. This means they have no financial means or supports to help rebuild their lives in a new home for the five of them. As you know, we are experiencing a housing crisis in the middle of a pandemic. Rebuilding their home and lives will be a very overwhelming, expensive and lengthy process.
To say the least, life has been difficult and challenging for so many families over the past year or so, but I ask of you all to extend kindness and generosity to my family.
Please share and make a donation to show the Bingham family that people care and want to help; that they are not alone in their greatest time of need.
Be well, and stay safe.
