Help the Browning Family Rebuild After Flood
Donation protected
Friends and family,
- Hi there! My best friend Beth Kolousek Browning, Keith Browning, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and their daughter, Adelaide Browning, of Canton, North Carolina, are gutting their house after the Pigeon River reached a historic level 25.8 feet which is 23 feet above its normal level during Hurricane Helene contributed to flooding of about 2 feet of water in their home. They are working on the FEMA process, but have many expenses and are currently commuting from Beth's parents' house in Franklin, NC to race against time in a fight to prevent further deterioration and mold in their home. Also, Keith, who served in the Air Force from 1999-2009, needs to have a place to work remotely. He is employed as a civilian for the military at the federal building in Downtown Asheville. With winter approaching and Adelaide in the midst of a school year, every little bit of funds can help this sweet, beautiful family move past this disaster. They lost almost all of their furniture, their bottom kitchen cabinets, all of their doors must be replaced, and are unsure how many appliances will need to be replaced.
