Help The Busick Family Start 2024 Right

Hi. My name is Rhonda Schenk and I am helping my good friend Emily and her family during some rough times by starting this Go Fund Me. If any of you know Emily, she would not hesitate to give the shirt off her back if it was needed and many times have gone out of her way to ensure someone else's needs were met. Now it is her time to need some help.

This past year, and especially the past couple of months have been hard on the family. Jeremy lost his job unexpectedly in September when the business he worked for the past 7 1/2 years made financial cuts. While he received some severance pay, that money has now been used up. Unemployment is expected to kick in soon but the bills are again stacking up and unemployment does not cover all of these bills. Shortly after losing his job, the family car was stolen, and thankfully finally recovered, but resulted in $1500 additional expenses that they did not have.

Jeremy underwent a surgery on December 19th that he is continuing to recover from making finding work a bit on the difficult side of things. Emily is out looking for a job that would work around her family's needs but has yet to find one.

Emily herself has had recent dental issues and has upcoming needs to finish the work needed which will result in further bills piling up.

What a blessing it would be to shower this family with love by helping cover the costs of their bills while awaiting for unemployment and future job opportunities to kick in. It is my hope that those whose lives have been touched by Emily or her family would come together as a village and help make the beginning of 2024 a bit easier for them.
