Help the Cagle’s
Donation protected
I’m Courtney Culbert, Danielle Cagle’s sister and Mike Cagle’s sister in law. On Friday October 8, the Cagle’s home burned down. It has now been declared a total loss. Unfortunately, insurance isn’t going to cover much in terms of rebuilding. With the high cost of building supplies right now, it’s going to be financially difficult.
I know a lot of people have reached out and want to help. I believe right now this is the best way to help them.
Here is their experience in Danielle’s own words:
Friday night was the scariest night of our lives. If it had not been for Addie, I’m not sure we would be here. We watched our home burn from across the street not knowing where we would go or how we would get through the night. We lost so much in that fire and it has been a hard pill to swallow. One thing I know for sure is that God had his hands wrapped around us the whole time. So many things happened that I know was a God thing. We are ok and alive, we trust God’s plan. My faith in humanity has been restored over the last few days. We have been overwhelmed (in a good way) at the outpouring of love and kindness from family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, Churches and complete strangers. I want to thank everyone who has had a hand in blessing us in one way or another over the last couple of days. We are truly thankful for you all. I had not planned to post anything but so many calls, texts and messages have come in that I’m afraid I will miss someone and we are so thankful for everyone. We are just asking for prayers, that’s what we need the most.
