On 3/7/25, the Campos family experienced a devastating fire that destroyed our home. While we are incredibly grateful that every family member made it out safely, the house is now completely inhabitable. Sadly, in the chaos of the fire, we lost our beloved cat, Whiskers, who was a cherished part of our lives.
My auntie who lived in the house was 8 months pregnant with a little boy, she went into labor due to high blood pressure caused by the fire. Then baby Axel was born 21 hours later and is healthy.
The devastation has left us with nothing but ashes, and we are facing an overwhelming journey ahead to rebuild our lives. This tragedy has shaken us to the core, but with the support of friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, we hope to begin the long process of recovery.
