Help the Carrillo Alcantara family recover from this tragedy

Hi my name is Giselle.

My family is part of the hundreds of thousands of people who were affected by these strong winds and fires. I know many are going through a big struggle right now but I'd greatly appreciate any help. We lost everything and we were only able to walk away with the clothes we had on. We lost 30 years worth of memories, 30 years of hard work that my dad put into his business, and all the efforts my parents did to make our house a home.

My dad has lived in Altadena since he was 19. He and my husband are local landscapers who will need to rebuild their business; tools, machinery, work clothes and all 3 of their work trucks are gone.

We are a family of 5. My mom is also undergoing chemo. We truly appreciate anything that can be donated which will allow us to address the many aspects of recovery and any continuing needs our family will experience that other sources of aid might not fully cover. Anything helps in these times.

My heart is with everyone who just like us lost everything.
