Help the Char Bar support its staff during closure

On Sunday, September 1 the Char Bar was shaken by a drunk driver that crashed into our entrance, causing serious damage to the structure of our building.

We are incredibly grateful that no one was injured in the incident, which could have been catastrophic during peak hours in our lively and beloved neighborhood.

Unfortunately, until the damages to our historic building are repaired, we are unable to safely open to the public, leaving 10 incredible bartenders and barbacks without a job. Our goal is to get everyone through this time and to come back stronger than before.
