Help the Clinton Street Baking Company kitchen out

COVID-19 has hit the NYC restaurant industry hard, the city shutting us down with almost zero prep time, and casting many of our more vulnerable employees into a very uncertain future with little help or reassurance from the city that they will be taken care of.  These are the people behind the scenes at the restaurant this city (and the world) has grown to love so much.  They're the core, and at a time like this, we need to shoulder the responsibility for making sure they're covered.  Chip in if you can.
