Help for the Collier family

This is Heather and Anthony Collier. As much as we hate asking for help, we’ve found ourselves in a time of need.

Many of you may know we were recently with our daughter Lily while she was hospitalized for a pretty nasty infection in her leg. During that time we both were in the hospital with her and not working.

Monday Anthony started having pain in his right side. He decided it was too much pain to go into work and went to the ER. While there, it was determined that his gallbladder had become infected and needs removed immediately. With this surgery he will be out of work (again) for at least 2 weeks, if not more. He doesn’t have any vacation, personal, or sick days available.

During this time Heather has been ill as well. Currently with bronchitis. She’s been running a fever with swollen lymph nodes, severe fatigue, and more for over a month. She’s still having labs and scans to see what is causing this. As a result, she has been out of work as well for a while. We’re hoping to get some answers this week as to what is going on.

The funds from this will be used to purchase groceries (which isn’t cheap for our family with the life threatening allergy our kids have,) household bills, as well as medical expenses as they are coming in hot and heavy.

If you know us, you know we wouldn’t ask unless it was dire need. Sadly, it has come to that with the back to back emergencies our family has been hit with. If you cannot donate please say a prayer and share.
