Help the Cooney's rebuild after devastating Hurricane Milton

October 7th our family (Me, my husband, and our two daughters, one 23 and one 14) evacuated from our home in St. Petersburg, Florida to Orlando to avoid Hurricane Milton. We returned home October 11th to find our house in shambles. The hurricane blew trees through our windows and caused almost 3 feet of water intrusion into our house from the hurricane force winds. Our roof and ceilings were leaking and we had structural damage to the pillars holding up our home. We lost pretty much everything. As you can see from the picture, we had to take everything out of the house and had to remove the walls and floors because mold had already began to grow. We are now living with one of our close family friends as we work to try and rebuild our home.
