Help the Cortes-Morales family continue medical treatment

Hi there, friends. As some of you may know, I injured my back several weeks ago. It has been an extremely difficult time for my family and me. At this point(10 weeks out of work), unfortunately, the progress I have made with the recovery of my back has been slow, and my Dr. has suggested decompression therapy treatments to potentially avoid needing back surgery. Decompression therapy is not covered by my insurance($65 per visit at a recommended minimum of 3x per week for 2-4months or until it is decided that I absolutely need surgery) and co-pays for Dr. visits, medications, and physical therapy($55/visit also 3x/week) are expensive. We are on a extremely low and limited income. Sadly, we have exhausted all of our finances at this point and are struggling more than ever to make ends meet. Cindy and I have finally made the difficult decision to reach out for help. At this time, we are asking for donations ONLY to help keep me in therapeutic services. Without these therapeutic services, I will not be able to return to work. I desperately need to return to work so that I can continue to financially provide for my family. Cindy and I sincerely appreciate any help the community and our friends can give us.
