**Help Travis Dardar Rebuild After Tragic House Fire**

Travis Dardar, an Indigenous fisherman from Isle de Jean Charles, and his wife Nicole Dardar have spent their lives giving back to their community. They live in Kaplan and are known for their huge hearts, always showing up to support those in need. Most recently, Travis and Nicole were in Terrebonne Parish helping with recovery efforts after Hurricane Francine. Tragically, while they were working to help others, their home caught fire on Sunday, September 22. Thankfully, their son Justin, and daughter Macie were safe with them in Terrebonne Parish, but their home and belongings were lost.

Amidst the tragedy, a small miracle was found: Justin’s Bible was discovered near the fire, completely dry, even though the carpets around it were soaked with water.

Travis, who is also an incredible cook, loves Louisiana and its people and culture. As someone who has always been there for others, it’s now our turn to support him. The funds raised will help Travis and his family rebuild their lives, covering immediate needs like housing, clothing, and essential supplies.

Please consider donating to help this resilient family get back on their feet during this difficult time. Every little bit helps and means the world to Travis, Nicole, Justin, and Macie.

Thank you for your generosity and support!
