Michael DeMarco was born on may 8, 1980
He died the morning of Thursday May 27,2021 he was 41 years old.
Michael died from pancreatic cancer that had
Metastasized to his liver and spine. He fought
the disease hard for close to a year and 5
months, but eventually it won. He was receiving care at VCU Massey cancer clinic.
He had gone through chemo, radiation and
surgeries and when the disease came back in
December 2020 it came back 2xs stronger and
he just never had a chance.

Jess & Mike were married for 14 years, and have two children Olivia Ann (13) and Rocco Dean
(11)

Rocco is autistic and Jess has not only had to
care for him but she had to care for Michael
while he was sick and couldn’t move or talk
these last 3 months.

Michaels medical bills total over $90,000
He had no life insurance, no burial funds, and his disability payments were scheduled to be paid in September, except he didn’t make it long enough to receive any of that money.

Her parents had to pay for Michaels cremation.
But at this point taking care of kids is difficult
and paying for bills and possible lawyers will be difficult.

They live in Toano VA with Jessica’s parents
right now until they can get back on their feet.
